Vertigo Narie is a holiday resort situated on Lake Narie in Mazury, Polish Land of Thousand Lakes.
Lake Narie is one of the most beautiful lakes in Poland. This glacial, cristal clear lake is located in the Iława Lake District not far from the S7 route from Warsaw to Gdańsk, about 25 kilometers north of Ostróda. The lake has a very interesting shape and a well-developed shoreline with a length of about 50 km. There are 23 islands on the lake. It is exceptionally quiet here because there is a silence zone throughout the lake.
There are several water equipment rentals in Kretowiny. You can rent pedal boats, kayaks, boats, sailboats or SUPs and relax on the lake.
Two asana sessions a day, morning pranayama and evening meditation sessions. We will be practising in a spacious, yoga room with lake view, fully equipped with all the necessary yoga props.
When exactly? – Classes start at 17.30 on Friday 18th Aug.
Departure after lunch at 12.00 on Sunday 25th August
What to bring? – Yoga mat. Yoga props are provided.
Who can come? – anybody who would like to stay at a beautiful place, experience something unforgettable and unwind. Level – beginner to intermediate.
Transportation – your own means.
Total cost includes accommodation, 2 vegetarian meals a day, tuition (4 sessions of practice a day).
