  • Comfortable clothing is necessary for yoga practice. You practise barefoot, however you may put on socks for relaxation.
  • You mustn’t practise with a full stomach. A large meal can be eaten 4 hours before the class, a snack – 1 hour before, a beverage – 30 minutes before the practice.
  • Do not drink anything during the class.
  • Please, be punctual. It is good to come 10 minutes ahead of time to get ready.
  • Classes are structured as a whole; therefore it is necessary to be present from start to finish.
  • Yoga room is a silence zone. Please, turn off your phone.
  • Please, follow only the teacher’s instructions. The teacher will not be responsible for the consequences of students’ performing postures uninstructed.
  • Any ailments, health issues or menstruation should be reported to the teacher before the class.
  • Should you suddenly feel bad during the practice, please, inform the teacher immediately.
  • Questions can be asked and will be answered after class; during the session, please, remain silent and focused.
  • Please, do not help each other with performing asanas.
  • It is forbidden to practise under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.
  • You practise on your own responsibility.
  • The pass should be purchased by the 7th day of each month.
  • The pass is valid within the month it was purchased. Missed classes shall not be refunded.
  • The pass shall not be transferred to any other person.
  • The studio shall not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the above rules.
